ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE DIVISION MANAGER

Job Location: Chamblee, GA Campus

Primary Responsibilities

The English as a Second Language Department at the Interactive College of Technology in Chamblee, GA, is now accepting applications for an ESL Division Manager.

The position is responsible for educational outcomes in the assigned division, which encompasses faculty and student retention rate, curricula, lesson planning implementation, and program evaluation.  Assists with faculty selection, assignment, development and performance.  Provides direction and leadership to ensure student satisfaction and achievement rates. The principal responsibility is to achieve the budgeted retention rate.

Miniumum Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive ESL instructional experience with adults.  Bachelor's degree in a related field, intercultural and management experience preferred.  Evaluation will be based on class attendance rates, student retention rates into the subsequent semester, and the number of students who must retake courses. Faculty retention rates will also be factored into the evaluation process.

Admissions Representative-ESL

Job Location: Pasadena, TX Campus

Primary Responsibilities

ICT/ILS is seeking a full-time admissions representative for our English as a Second language (ESL) program at our Pasadena, TX campus. Candidate MUST be bi-lingual (Spanish/English). Successful candidate will set appointments and interview prospective students for the school. Must be sales oriented, self-motivated and outgoing. Evening hours are required. Excellent salary & benefits.

1-2 years sales experience

Admissions Representative

Job Location: Pasadena, TX Campus

Primary Responsibilities

ICT/ILS is seeking a full-time inside Admissions Representative for student recruitment in our Business programs. Successful candidate will set appointments, evaluate and interview prospective students for the school.  Must be self-motivated, sales and goal oriented, outgoing, and believe that education is an investment in oneself.  This is a full-time selling position and requires an ability to enroll students.  Some evening hours are required.  Excellent salary/benefits.
