This section is devoted to people that currently reside in other countries that would like to pursue English or Technology training in the United States, or for people that are currently in the United States that wish to attend school here through a Student VISA.

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (or TOEFL, pronounced "toe-full") evaluates the ability of an individual to use and understand English in an academic setting.
Many colleges and universities use this test as a admissions requirement for non-native English speakers.
The full test covers Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing and is approximately 3-4 hours in length. You must pass all topics, so it is important to be proficient in all aspects of English usage. Because of the difficulty of the test, many people need training be properly prepared, and in most cases, just taking an English class is not sufficient preparation.
The ICT TOEFL Preparation is a five-week course that covers all aspects of the test – and includes 60 hours of classroom training plus 30 hours of remove internet laboratory work. It is a compliment to the ESL program and should not be viewed as a replacement for having a solid foundation in English.
